Booking Policies

Reservation requests for The Lake House are accepted year round. Reservations for the high season (Memorial Day Weekend and Mid-June – Labor Day) are officially processed for the current year beginning in March. A deposit, equaling the cost of the first night’s stay, is required upon confirmation of your reservation.

Cancellations are accepted without fee based on the following timeline:

• Peak Season: 30 Day Cancellation (Memorial Day Weekend and Mid-June – Labor Day)
• Holiday Weeks: 14 Day Cancellation (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Winterfest in Chelan, President’s Day Weekend)
• All other dates: 48 Hour Cancellation

The length of stay requirements for vacation rentals are as follows:

• Peak Season: Three night minimum.
• Holiday Weeks: three night minimum, including Memorial Day Weekend
• Weekends: two night minimum
